Premium Interiors and Equal Share Ownership: Add Php 350,000.00 to the agreement for premium interior upgrades and a 50/50 profit split. (for 2BR Units Max 50sqm themed)

Ultimate Premium Interiors and Equal Share Ownership: Add Php 550,000.00 to the agreement for higher premium interior upgrades and a 50/50 profit split. (2-3 BR Units Max 100sqm)
